Joel Brill, MD FACP has over 30 years of experience providing strategic leadership and medical oversight to large data-driven health organizations. He is skilled in strategy, development and implementation of innovative health programs, products and payment systems, with extensive experience in clinical practice, research, coverage, reimbursement, quality improvement, data analysis, and value-based care. Dr. Brill has run risk-bearing Independent Practice Associations and Physician-Hospital Organizations in California and Arizona, held management positions with and participates on committees for several managed care companies.

Jayson S. Slotnik, Principal, Health Policy Strategies, Inc.
Jayson is a principal and founding member of Health Policy Strategies, Inc., and counsels clients on Medicare and Medicaid coverage, payment, reimbursement, coding, and government policies. He has experience leading pre- and post-launch strategies as well as lifecycle management tools for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic, and device manufacturers. Jayson has previously served as Vice President of Reimbursement and Innovation Strategies for United BioSource Corporation (UBC) and maintained his own policy practice.
